In Astrology, mental strain is judged mainly from the 5^th house of a natal chart. In the Zodiac, it is the sign Leo ruled by the Sun which signifies the deeper mind. The upper layer of mind is judged from the 4^th house, which in the Zodiac is the sign Cancer ruled by Moon. Moon signifies the mother and the Sun the father. The 5^th house signifies the motherhood. It is understood that cell phones in active mode emit radiations ranging from violet to ultraviolet. Astrologically violet radiations are characteristics of the planet Saturn, ultraviolet of the Dragon’s head or Rahu etc. Astrologically Saturn is a neutral planet representing hermits, while Rahu, although very much sensual represent perversion and therefore something abnormal together with this, it has also destructive function in the long run. It is understood that cell phone emit radiations in the violet and ultra-violet regions in active mode. These radiations are characteristics of the Dragon’s head or Rahu and Saturn. The planet signifying brain is the Sun and that for the nerve system is Mercury. Brain is the origin of nerves system. Sun also signifies the self. It is well known that in terms of Astrology Rahu is a bitter enemy to the Sun. Mercury, the significator of the nerve system, being a child planet is likely to be damaged by the malfunctioning of the natural malefic Rahu representing the evil force. In kids, the brain and the nerve system being not fully developed are more early damaged by these UV radiations, which in terms of Astrology can be considered to the malefic effect on the planet Mercury by Rahu.
