‘Fight with spouse & live longer’

Although the heading of this research study speaks of fighting with the spouse, actually this “fighting” is not in the literary sense, but it means good understanding with the spouse in case of disputes. In Astrology, the native is judged from the Ascendant in the natal chart and the spouse from the 7^th house. The 7^th house is also termed as the secondary maraka place for the native. Memory is a function of the nerve system in the human body. The nerve system is originated from the brain. In medical Astrology, brain is signified by the Sun and the nerve system mostly by Mercury. Mercury is also the significator of memory based learning. So, if brain becomes weak due to aging or some other reason whatsoever, it is likely to exert a consequential effect on the nerve system. The red and infra-red regions of the optical spectrum correspond to the Sun. In a natal chart, the 2^nd house signifies purchases for personal use while mental happiness is judged from the 5^th house mostly and also to some extent from the 4^th house. The 2^nd house bears the 3^rd/11^th relation with the 4^th house and the 4^th - 10^th relation with the 5^th house. It means success of mental happiness when judged from the 4^th house lies in the purchase while when judged from the 5^th house, the highest expression of mental happiness in the material level lies in personal purchase. In the Zodiac, these houses correspond to the signs Taurus, Cancer and Leo respectively. Taurus being the fixed earthy sign ruled by Venus corresponds to purchasing tendency of determined nature i.e. first choice; this is for a happy person.
